Hi Simon,
	I have done a lot with R123 in a previous phase and it works
quite well. The emission is relatively broad so that analysis of
multiple phenotypic markers may be a challenge. The signal:noise is
excellent but I would suggest always having the untransfected parentals
to use as a control. There are a good variety of p-gp expressing cell
lines around to use for assay set-up as well.
