Help! Our hospital clinical laboratory is looking at starting a flow
cytometry lab from ground zero. Any insight or suggestions you could offer
would be much appreciated.

Facts:	We have a new bone marrow stem cell transplant physician starting
soon. He would like CD34's done to begin with. We would like to then work
up to immunophenotyping, etc. rather than sending out our bone marrow
leukemia studies.

Do you recommend BD or Beckman/Coulter? Ease of operation, learning curve,
4 color, autoloader, sorting? etc.
What about their CD34 products--ProCount vs Coulter product?
Anything else that would be helpful to us in deciding between manufacturers?

Thank you.
