Hi everyone,
We are looking for a cell dissociation media (or reagents) suitable for the
dissociation of epithelial tissue (shellfish gills which contains a very
thin connective layer). I'm sure that there is a way to apply (with some
modifications) media-protocols used for other models -mammals-.
