Fluorescence and fixatives

Dear Flowers,
This is rather a histology than a cytometry question. We are interested with
using fluorescently-labelled bacteria to study the entry of some specific
strains inside bivalve epithelial cells and we are wondering which dye would
be a suitable marker for such studies. I precise that the dye needs to be
resistant to glutaraldehyde, ethanol, and propylene oxide rinsing and
embedding in a synthetic resin.
Any inputs are welcome. Thank you,
