Flowers, Previously I had asked for help in determining the cell volume using a flow cytometer. I did not mention that a flow cytometer needs to be used and not a coulter counter because I am working with chicken cells. I have tried coulter counters and they do not work on the avian blood I have tested. Thus I need a different method. It is believed that the nucleated RBC of the chicken confuses the system. Thus a method on a flow cytometer is requested or a suggestion on getting a coulter counter to work. ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× Thank You.
