GFP

Dear Flowers:

I have been doing flow cytometric DNA content analysis for apoptotic
cells.  I have come to suspect that GFP may be cytotoxic in some of the
cells, such as U2OS and H1299 cells.

If you have a same kind of experience, I would be appreciative of
knowing it so that I can move to another system.
