Hello all...

Thanks to Vincent Shankey, Lyndsay Smith, Liusheng He, Tom Just and everyone else who responded to my query regarding Flow-FISH.  Here is a summary of the responses I received...

The recommended primary references are:

"Telomere length dynamics in human lymphocyte subpopulations measured by flow cytometry "
N Rufer et al, Nature Biotech (1998) 16, 743-747 .

"Telomere analysis by fluorescence in situ hybridisation and flow cytometry"
Hultin M et al,  Nucleic Acids Res (1998) 26 (16), 3651-3656
.

The subject was recently reviewed in:

"Flow cytometric measurement of telomere length"
Lauzon W et al, Clinical Cytometry (2000) 42, 159-164.

The FITC labelled telomeric probe can be had from PE Biosystems.  The UK contact info is:

PE Biosystems

Tom Just from Dako also responded that they have a PNA probe for telemore length estimation as well.

Once again, thanks to everyone!
