Molecular Diagnostics and Cytometry Technologist Position

We are seeking a Medical Technologist or Cytotechnologist on the M-Sat day shift within
our diagnostic flow cytometry and molecular diagnostic laboratories at our South
Portland location.  This position is responsible for the development, validation,
and performance of cytometry and molecular diagnostic testing under the direction
of pathologists.  Successful candidates should be licensed medical technologists
or cytotechnologists with at least 5 years experience, preferably with specialist
training in hematology, immunology/flow cytometry, or molecular pathology, and at
least six months of practical experience with fluorescence in situ hybridization,
immunohistochemistry, or flow cytometry.  Qualified candidates should have a desire to
work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and participate in a team oriented group
of laboratory professionals.
