Hi Everyone in Flow Land,
I have a user who would like to analyze/sort HTLV-1 Infected MT-2
Cells. Does anybody have experience with these types of cells? What
precautions should I take in terms of my safety. The user has found a
paper (Cytometry, 18: 49-54) which says that the infectivity is decreased
but not eliminated with longer fixation.
How concerned should I be?
I searched the archives but could not find any reference for these cells.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
Andy
