Dear Flowers,

Is it safe to use Rho 123 to estimate the mitochondrial transmembrane
potential?

If yes, what is the ideal Rho 123 concentration? I have found a large
difference on the literature (from 5uM to 50nM).

Can I use CCCP (10uM) and Nigericin (10uM) as control?

Thank you all in advance.
