Hi Bernie!
Pharmingen sells positive control cells called "Mick cells" (Mouse
Intracellular Cytokine) which are mouse lymphoid cells which have been
stimulated, fixed and non-permeabilized and express easily detectable levels
of various cytokines. I believe they come in several flavors depending on
the cytokine of interest. MICK-1 would work for gamma IF (cat. no. 20131Z)
and MICK-2 (cat. no. 20132Z) for IL-4.
