Isolation of B cells from whole blood

Hello fellow flowers,

I don't have access to a sorter or a MACS but I need to isolate B cells
(ideally CD21+) from, rabbit, marmoset, and rhesus monkey whole blood. I've
thought about coupling human C3d (the ligand to CD21) to sepharose then
passing either buffy coat or lysed blood prep, washing the unbound CD21-
cells and eluting the CD21+ cells... Any other suggestions would be
appreciated. If MACS or sorting is the only other possible way then I could
probably get access to these pieces of kit....any suggested protocols would
be greatly appreciated..

Thanks,

Louise
