inducing apoptosis in human macrophages

Greetings,

We have an investigator studying apoptosis in human blood macrophages.  His
literature search yielded no results for finding an agent that would induce
apoptosis for use as a postive control.  I searched the Flow Cytometry
e-mail archive and didn't find anything either.  Anyone have a suggestion?
