Hi All,

I have been stimulating monocytes with LPS and adding monensin into the
culture for the last 4 hours. The CD14 and CD33 antigens were down regulated
after 24 hours of stimulation. I would like to be able to gate on monocytic
antigens while doing cytokine analysis. Are there other monocytic antigens
which will not be down regulated after 24 hours of stimulation?  I'd
appreciate any suggestions and thanks in advance.
