Dear Cytometrists,

I'm glad one stream of the discussion has led us gamma/delta T cells.
Occassionally I have patients with a quarter to a third of the T cells being
CD3 pos, CD4 and CD8 neg and I have presumed these are gamma/delta T cells.
Can anybody help me with their significance, please?
