Hi
We have chosen biotin-streptavidin system to
detect low expression membrane surface molecules.
We acquired biotinylated antibody and Sv-PE from Pharmingen
(BD), but in the product bulletin there aren't the start concentration
of Sv-PE to be used in the test.
If anybody has some experience, please help us
