Many thanks to Pit Tarasov for clarifying, and all the others who offered suggestions. Pit did intend "mkm" to mean microns. I did not mean to imply error or inaccuracy, just that I didn't understand because I had never seen "mkm" before. This is way outside the Flow Cytometry field, but I venture forth because I think communication is vital to us all! Since e-mail is still essentially a text medium based on the ASCII character set, I wonder if there is a standard somewhere for substitution of ASCII for Greek (or other) letters that are not included in the ASCII set? I wonder if anyone has designed a keyboard with all known alphabets on it? Then we get into how to display them all.... ;~) Best Regards, Joseph.
