Dear Flowers
 Hello and regards to all
Thanks to the members of this group I got some good answers to my queries.
Thanks a lot.
I was going through a protocol for viability assay with trypan blue (from the
Purdue University's CD-ROM for flow cytometry. I wanted to know the emission
spectrum of Trypan blue and what is the composition of the dye. Sigma sells 2
of them one a powder T0776 aprox 70%dye content and the other a liquid 0.4%
T8145. Which of these is most suitable for the assay. The fluorescence is
checked on FL3.
I would be grateful for any help regarding this. Thanks.
