I have a client that wants to run very large cells(about 300 um in size) in
our FACSCalibur and wants to do DNA analysis on these cells, some of which
have 30-40 nuclei per cell. I don't have a great deal of experience doing
DNA analysis. Is it possible to 1) run cells this large through the flow
cytometer and
2) quantitate 30-40 nuclei per cell???

I only have experience looking at 3-4 nuclei per cell

I would throughly appreciate any help that anyone may offer.

thanks in advance for your advice.

Sincerely

Janet Dow
