Form: Reply Text: (39 lines follow) Dear Sean, At our laboratory we detect D antigen on RBC of patients who had undergo a bone marrow transplantation. The patient is D positive and the bone marrow donor D negative. So every month(after transplantation) we become blood of the patient and we detect quantitative the D antigens. When the tranplantation is succesfull we see that the D antigens will decrease from about 100% to 0%. In september/oktober 2000 we get started a study for FMH. We will replace the kleihauer Betke test. ---------- Tekst van het origineel ---------- Van: "Sean Meehan" <SMeehan@silenus.com.au>, op 17-07-2000 4:53: Dear List, To gain more of an insight into the use of flow for anti-D testing, I am currently conducting a survey of individuals who have an interest in this field. I would greatly appreciate any willing participants to contact me at this e-mail address. All participants will be issued with a copy of the summarized findings. Thank you for your consideration.
