fixing YFP+ cells

I would like to analyze the per cell fluorescence of CHO cells
expressing YFP over an entire culture.  Any suggestions - for a fixation
that won't totally kill the fluorescence and will maintain it stable
for, say, 2 weeks so that I can analyse all the samples at the same
time, under the same conditions?  Or any alternative (better/easier)
suggestions?
