This is a T cell neoplasm. The convolute nuclei, CD4+ and CD7- makes one think of ATL associated with HTLV1 or mycosis fungoides- Sezary syndrome. Are the nuclei cerebriform or flower shaped? What about CD25? The morphology nd clinical data help to distinguish. Great case!
