All,

I am looking for a method to measure PMN oxygen radical production that
allows paraformaldehyde fixation. I am hoping that this would allow
subsequent permeabilization for detection of an intracellular antigen.

The FC OxyBurst from Molecular probes seems like it should be fixable,
but they make no mention of that.

Any suggestions / answers?
