Intranuclear staining

Dear Flowers,
I have a client who is trying to detect Topoisoerase IIa, currently in HL60
cells, ultimately in leukemia cells. So far, we have been unable to detect
them and feel certain it is a permeabilization problem since Topo is
expressed intra- nuclearly. Has anyone got a protocol for such staining?

Thanks in advance,
