Yes. Don't do it. We tried and found the technique too undependable.
We found  we can't use frozen cells and the slightest variation in
conditions results in either false positives or false negatives.
Therefore you can never have confidence in the results. We found DNA
content works better- mantle cell almost always has cycling cells
while CLL (the other big time CD5+ B cell neoplasm) never does.
