?d like to know if Ammonium Chloride (NH4Cl) lysis solution could be used in
the following CD detection:

CD3, CD4, CD8, HLA-DR, CD45RA, CD45RO, CD19, CD5, CD20, CD3/CD16+CD56 (for NK)


Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
