for analysis and reviewing of existing documents, you can install the
software on your new powermac IF you have an extra sentinel. Also
keep in mind that the ports on the new macs have changed, I think the
old style was appletalk and the new one is USB.

for acquisition, you'll might as well get the G4 upgrade from BD - I
think it's around $8,000.
