For anybody in the field of cytometry and T cell immunology who is interested in recent developments in flow cytometry especially analysis and sorting of antigen-specific T cells, cytokine detection in live and fixed cells or sensitive analysis of low receptor numbers we would like to announce the: II. Berlin Cytometry School on Antigen-specific T Cell Cytometry: Topics of the practical course: Sorting of cytokine secreting cells (M. Assenmacher/Bergisch Gladbach) Cytokine analysis of antigen-specific T cells (V. Maino/San Jose) Intracellular cytokine/chemokine analysis, Multicolor analysis (A. Radbruch./Berlin) Analysis of antigen-specific T cells by MHC tetramers (D. Busch/Munich) High-sensitivity immunofluorescence/Cytometry of proliferating cells (A. Scheffold/DRFZ) Lectures on technical and functional aspects of antigen-specific and cytokine cytometry will be given by: D. Busch (Munich), F. Sallusto (Bellinzona), V. Maino (San Jose), M. Assenmacher (Bergisch Gladbach), A. Radbruch (Berlin), F. Annunziato (Florence), H.D. Volk (Berlin), G.
