quantitation of CD38

Hi everyone
I want to quantitate CD38 expression on T lymphocytes. Giorgi et al have
described a method to do this using the CD4 expression as a biological
calibrator. In their system they estimated the number of PE molecules per
relative fluorescence intensity unit (RFI) to be 41, assuming the number of
anti-CD4 molecules per cell to be 50.000. If I want to use this method I
assume I have to use an anti-CD4 and anti-CD38 with a 1:1 conjugate ratio
and also to calculate the RFI. My questions are: 1.- How can I convert the
cyometer report values (Mn of X and Mn of Y) to RFI?; 2.- Where can I get
the 1:1 conjugates?
Thanks
