Hello group,

have you any recommendations for me for a fluorochrome dye suitable for living
cells?

We are injecting the dyes into living rats brains. The dye has to have an exitation
maximum near 488nm and we need a very strong fluorescence. It should be
photostable minimum two month and sure it has to be digestible for the living
cells.

What do you think about using Alexa488? Have you got some other suggestions
for me? Can you name me some more companies, that can help me?
