Matthew,

There are different ways to permeabolize.....formaldehyde (or dissolved
paraformaldehyde-same thing), triton-X, or saponin. some commercial preps
combine some of these ingredients. You might want to play with some of the
times to, and temperatures during the perm stage.....if you have the time to
do so, and no one has a specific answer.
