Contact Melles Griot (Carlsbad, CA); they acquired Liconix, which made a 355 nm He-Cd laser - probably lower power than you'd like, but in the price range. The usual 325 nm He-Cd UV line won't work because it doesn't get through glass lenses. -Howard
