There is a refill kit available from someone (I would have to look it up)
that consists of a syringe and some ink and a small handheld drill that
falls apart right away.  So if you can just go buy some ink, find a small
drill, and find a syringe you can do the following:

On the top of the old cartridge, drill a small hole, fill the cartridge
with ink using the syringe, place a piece of tape on the hole and bingo!!
you are back in business.

And, no, no one sells the cartridges any more.

Have fund getting the ink off your hands if you don't use gloves....
