detection HLA antibodies

Dear Flowers,

Is there anyone who can give me a protocol for a flow detection of anti-HLA
class I and II antibodies in renal transplant recipients. I have done several
experiments with CD19 labelled B cells, but I can't get a strong signal for
the positive control.
I use liquid nitrogen stored lymphocytes, so I am also interested in thawing
protocols
