Hi Isabel,

I think that you should go for two-laser setup because:

	1) You have total control of the output power from both lasers. If
you go for a dual line mirror in a large 5W Argon ion then you can only
control output power from one line. The other line is tied to it. Here you
would have to use Neutral density filters to achieve the desired power
outputs.
	2) Having two lasers gives the machine greater flexibility in terms
of emission line combinations. You could have one 5W Argon with a 5W
krypton for example, to give a greater range of emission lines and
therefore fluorochromes.

A point here I would make when ordering the MoFlo is to ensure the second
laser steering tower is fitted with wide band mirrors. The tower is usually
fitted with U.V. only mirrors and this is restrictive.
