To whom it may concern:

I am having problems finding antibodies that react appropriately to mark
young T cells in murines by flow cytometry. First, I found that Terminal
deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is present in thymocytes but the
antibodies that I found there are to human but I need to use antibodies to
murine. Then, I tried to search information whit coulter and other supply
house and they do not have information about it. I would not spent more
money (or mice) in uncharacterized reagents.

We would appreciate if you have some information.

Thank you in advance for your time and information.
