In response to inquiries regarding CD115

This is available from Santa Cruz (3-4A4) as unconjugated rat
antibody.  Copy number is relatively low, but you can clearly
separate monocytes from other cells by labelling with a good rat-
specific PE-labelled second antibody.  If you are unsure use a
biotinylated second antibody and SA-PE.  Further details can be

and monocytic differentiation of CD34(hi) cells is
associated with distinct changes in the expression of the
PU.1- regulated molecules, CD64 and macrophage-colony-
