eGFP and Indo 1

Hi -
Has anyone tried Indo 1 detection on eGFP positive cells using Innova 90-5
lasers for excitation?  I am concerned about the eGFP excitation by the UV
laser contributing to the 520nm signal detection from the Indo1.

Any comments would be appreciated.
