in vivo depletion of B cells in mice

Hi,

This isn't a pure flow question, but I thought I would ask the list.  We
want to deplete B cells in mice.  We found a reference (Chentoufi,
Transplantation, 1999, 68:1728), which describes the use of anti-IgD
(clone LO-MD6) and IgM (clone LO-MM-9)).  These are available commercially
, but would be very expensive to use in large experiments.

Does anyone know if the hybridomas are avalaible and where we could get
them?
