canine cytokine antibodies

Hi,

I'm interested in looking at cytokine production (IFN-g, IL4, IL2, etc) by
canine lymphocytes.  I'd rather do intracellular cytokine staining by
flow, but would do Elisas if necessary.  Does anyone have a reference or
experience using these kind of reageants?
