Hallo nice flowers, please let me in with a question on the borderline of flowcytometry- but may be that some of you fight a similiar struggle: I try to establish human epithelial cells (from cancers but also from not tumour epithelial probes prepared during the operation of patients). But unfortunately mostly fibroblasts are growing up and epithelial cells disapeare. The question is: is there anybody familiar with a technique which prefers the growth of epithelial cells (by changing special culture conditions?) or does anybody knows a good forum like this in the field of cell culture to ask there?
