Dear colleagues,

we are planning a new laser equipment. Can anyone tell me how much laser
power we need for chromosome sorting/karyotyping? How much power is
nessesary for the 458 line for chromomycin and for the UV line for Hoechst
dye?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Conny
