Over the past few years there's been a lot of concern about sorting under high pressure; most arguments being against it due to possible detrimental effects on cell viability. In the meantime a lot of us are coming to grips with high pressure sorting and finding that it does work. Considering all the arguments contra- anyone have a good theory as to why it does actually work??? Ann
