Vantage upgrade

Hi everybody,


is there a difference in performance/capabilities between a Vantage SE,
bought complete with high speed option etc  and a Vantage that is upgraded
to a high speed sorter: especially in dual laser set-up?

If there is a difference any good reasons as to why??
