Clinical Flow Cytometrists,

I have a question for the clinical flow cytometrists.
Do most clinical cytometrists titer each antibody they intend to use? Or
are the antibodies used as the vendor recommends without further QC?

Third, what is the regulation of CAP or CDC regarding this issue?
