Re: mouse leukocytes

We like to start analysing different parameters from mouse leukocytes by
flow cytometry. Since we are unexperienced in this species it would
help us
very much if we could get some information on protocols of cell isolation
and whole blood assays, antibodies for identification of populations, etc.
Is there a way to draw blood from the same mouse 3 times a week?

Thank you!
Matthias Heil

Matthias--For mouse bleeding, check out this web site:

We haven't tried the method yet, but it looks great and gets rid of
the need to do ocular bleeds (yuk!)
