Having recently acquired some HL60's from ATCC I was wondering if anyone
else is getting a rather high fluorescence in the FL3(long red) channel?
Are the cells scavenging the Phenol red from the Media? (Gibco IMDM)

Dear flowers,

This might not be a direct flow question, but needed your help.
l have started the use of HL60 cells which l induce with N,N, DMF(Dimethyl
formamide) to make them mature.

my question then is what molecular switch is put on the cells that make
them progress from the dividing cells to become mature cells?

ANY HELP? If possible could one furnish me with references too.
