Greetings

I am attempting to examine Apoptosis & Dendritic cells.  
We are working with the Annexin V FITC kit and an enriched N418 mouse
dendritic cell population.  The N418 is labelled with PE.  We are
attempting to examine PI positive staining.  Has anyone used PE and 7AAD
for this purpose?  or any other suggestions to identify necrotic DC cells?

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
