Marker to separate mouse cells from tumor cells of human origin

Dear Flow-ers,

We have several nude mouse solid tumor models, in house, in which we would like
to be able to look at effects of drug treatment on tumor growth by flow or laser
scanning cytometry. InitiaI experiments looking at cell cycle appear
promising, but I would like to have a marker that could be used to distinguish
any contaminating host (mouse cells) from human tumor cells present in the
samples we receive from our animal studies.

My first thought was that an MHC antigen might work, but I have to admit my
complete ignorance in this area.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Thank you for any assistance you are willing to give,
