Dear All,

I posted this request previously, but had little response. I would be most grateful for any advice that you have as to sources of such cell lines.

'I need to perform some experiments as part of my research to determine the sensitivity of my triple colour flow cytometry technique, which I am using for minimal residual disease monitoring. I know that the ideal is to do this on dilutions of each leukaemic sample with a normal marrow/peripheral blood sample. Unfortunately, however, limited sample quantity and time means this has not been possible.

Does anyone know of a source of a leukaemic cell line with an appropriate phenotype that could be used for this purpose?

(I have seen the paper by Neale et al (Leukaemia 1999, 13, pp 1221-1226) in which they used the cell line KOPN-57bi and KOR-SA3544 monoclonal antibody. Does anyone know where this cell line and reagent can be obtained?)'

Thanks in anticipation,

Sarah Lawson
